Corn Exchange
Located on the corner of Park Avenue and 125th Street in Harlem, this is a 7 story commercial building with penthouse and cellar levels.
Original building was built around 1884. The existing portion of what remained of the original building required restoration and the Reconstruction of the upper floors, roof design, chimneys, gables, dormers, windows and Cornices were recreated based on the appearance of the façade as it existed when the building was designated a landmark (1993) based on photographic evidence of the original building.
